Deep-dish, hand-tossed, or calzone—no matter which incarnation of pizza you prefer, the best part of your meal is customizing it with your favorite toppings. A great Italian restaurant will have many toppings for you to choose from—from fresh vegetables like mushrooms, onions, and peppers, to hearty meats like pepperoni, ground beef, and sausage. If you’re of the carnivorous persuasion, you should take a look at the following guide to building the ultimate meat lover’s pizza:
-
Menu Options for Meat Lovers
The menu at a pizzeria will often provide you with meat and vegetable combinations that have stood the test of time. For example, Brick Oven’s hefty Meats-A-Pizza features pepperoni, Genoa salami, smoked ham, ground beef, and Italian sausage. Also recommended is the Hawaiian pizza, with sweet pineapple and savory Canadian bacon to tantalize every part of your palate. You might also try the Chicken Alfredo pie, which has Alfredo sauce instead of marinara and incorporates baked chicken, Canadian bacon, and bacon crumbles for a rich and satisfying meal.
If you like to experiment with pizzas, you should use Brick Oven’s Build Your Own menu to create your ultimate pizza experience. With nine options for meat toppings, the possibilities are endless. For instance, you can create a bacon cheeseburger pizza by selecting bacon crumbles, ground beef, and meatballs. If you like club sandwiches, build the pizza version by asking for baked chicken breast, smoked ham, bacon crumbles, and tomato. No matter what combination of toppings you choose, you’ll be sure to enjoy your very own pizza creation at Brick Oven.

I stopped and ate at this place on my way home from Idaho. I was so impressed with how good the food was. I ordered the all you can eat lunch buffet, it was great. I have never had such good grub for a buffet. The service was good, the building was cool, the food was excellent. Will for sure stop again. Lorin.

Pasta is a popular Italian dish enjoyed by itself or with a variety of sauces. Though most pastas require only two basic ingredients—semolina flour and water—the commercial pasta-making process involves many steps. Watch this video for a behind-the-scenes look at how pasta is made.
Pasta begins when semolina flour is mixed with water. The resulting dough travels through different machines that cut it into the desired shape. The machines at pasta factories are designed to produce differently shaped pastas such as spaghetti, fusilli, and lasagna. Shorter pastas must be completely dried before they are packaged.
